Park Community Credit Union in Louisville, Ky., will soon have a new CEO.
The $1.4 billion-asset credit union said in a press release that Jana Erny will also become its president on Dec. 4. Erny, who has been the CMXO at P1FCU in Lewiston, Idaho, since January 2022, will succeed the retiring Jim Spradlin, who has been CEO for 13 years.
“Jana stood out among a very strong set of candidates and has demonstrated an innovative spirit and a passion for the credit union movement,” Bobby Willoughby, the credit union’s chairman, said in the release. “She brings noted experience and a wealth of knowledge.”
The board hired Shanley Search Partners to conduct a nationwide search. Erny was selected from a pool of more than 500 candidates.
