Primis Financial in McLean, Va., has a new bank president.
The $3.9 billion-asset company said in a press release that Rick Fulk had become president of Primis Bank. Fulk previously served as the bank’s regional executive for Virginia’s Richmond and Hampton Roads areas.
Fulk succeeded Dennis Zember Jr., who remains president and CEO of the company and CEO of the bank.
The promotion “is an exciting moment for our company and demonstrates our commitment to have the bank be the primary driver of our market value,” Zember said in the release.
“Rick’s influence and leadership in our organization is rooted in his desire to see those around him succeed and his ability to drive the financial results that our board and investors demand,” Zember added. “His leadership skills, commercial success and ambition will produce results.”
