The Community Bankers Association of Kansas has its next leader lined up.
Melissa Flachsbarth will become president and CEO on Nov. 9.
Flachsbarth, who was an association manager of strategic communication and government affairs with Kearney & Associates, will succeed Shawn Mitchell.
