The Independent Community Bankers of America has hired a director for its ThinkTECH Accelerator.
The banking association said in a press release that Stephanie Foster will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of the accelerator’s programs.
Foster previously served as chief administrative officer for XY Planning Network, an advisory service for Gen Y and Gen Z clients. She has also held management roles at Finastra, Fiserv and Western Union.
Foster “is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of working with fintechs to bring their solutions to market,” Charles Potts, the ICBA’s chief innovation officer, said in the release.
“We look forward to leveraging her talents to help meet our business objectives and advance our efforts to support community bank innovation through the sourcing and development of promising solutions that benefit community banks and their customers,” Potts added.
