Walpole Co-operative Bank in Massachusetts has a new leader.
The bank said in a press release that Patrick Cucinotta will become president and CEO on Feb. 1.
Cucinotta, the bank’s chief financial officer and treasurer, will succeed Paul Chaggaris, who is retiring.
“A results-driven leader, Cucinotta exemplifies the values that guide Walpole Co-operative Bank’s mission to strengthen local communities and create positive impacts on people’s lives. I am confident that with his skills and experience, he will be able to help the Bank continue to grow and support our community,” Joseph Scholl, the bank’s chairman, said in the release.
