Integrity Bank Plus in Wabasso, Minn., has agreed to buy State Bank of Jeffers in Jeffers, Minn.
The $93.4 million-asset Integrity Bank Plus recently submitted its applications to buy the $37.1 million-asset State Bank of Jeffers. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter; the price wasn’t disclosed.
State Bank of Jeffers was created by the Duroe family more than 125 years ago.
