Pittsfield Cooperative Bank in Pittsfield, Mass., is saying goodbye to its CEO.
The bank announced that Michael Daly will also retire as president. Daly has led the bank since January 2025.
“Mike’s leadership has always been grounded in people—employees, customers and communities,” John Martin, the bank’s chairman, said in the announcement. “His ability to recognize potential, develop talent and inspire others has left a lasting mark. The leaders he’s helped shape are an important part of his legacy.”
Daly’s retirement will coincide with the bank’s merger with Adams Community Bank to form the $1.5 billion-asset Trailmark Bank. He previously served as CEO of Berkshire Bank.
