Gateway First Bancorp in Jenks, Okla., has agreed to buy First Western Mortgage and unit Colonial Savings in Fort Worth, Texas.
The $2.1 billion-asset Gateway First plans to buy the $502 million-asset Colonial in the first quarter. The price was undisclosed.
