Group formed to buy bank to rebrand as Tanager Bank

A group is looking to buy a bank in Wyoming.

Integra BG was formed to acquire an unnamed state-chartered bank near Jackson Hole that it plans to rebrand as Tanager Bank, Chris Woolley, a member of the group, shared in a LinkedIn post.

Integra will also conduct a private capital raise and implement new technology, Wooley said.

“The combined experience of the board and management team will provide leadership with a commitment to serving western Wyoming with high-touch service, secure digital banking tools, and local decision making,” he added.

Dawn Pruett, a former president of Bank of Jackson Hole, is listed on LinkedIn as the president and CEO of Integra BG. Marina Hoggen, former Bank of Jackson Hole controller, would serve as CFO.

Woolley was involved with the founding of Square 1 Bank and Endeavor Bank in California.
